Strideout Guided Run

Founded in Sheffield in 2011, Strideout Runners are a friendly female running group, based across in South Yorkshire. We welcome women to run with us in a non-competitive and supportive environment.

We offer a variety of weekly run sessions, both on and off road, all supported by our qualified team of run leaders and coaches. From our Couch 2 5K programme through to Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced groups, there’s something for all women. All our led sessions ensure a 'run-back' system which means that no one is left demotivated at the rear of the run group.

Our ShAFF run from the Showroom Cinema will provide a friendly and supportive environment and will be led by our qualified England Athletics run leaders. The run will be 5km on road and suitable for all abilities. There is no expectation to run the whole 5km non-stop; there will be a regular breaks for us to socialise and catch our breath along the way.

Meet at our stand in the ShAFF Outpost by 16.45 on Sat 22nd March. Bring your own suitable running clothing and footwear.
