The UK Youth Climate Coalition is an NGO which aims to mobilise and empower young people to take positive action for climate justice. Our organisation is split into several working groups which each focus on a different aspect of tackling climate change however the underlying values and methods of working are the same throughout - we are a non-hierarchical organisation who work via consensus-based decision-making.
