WORKSHOP: Rethinking Posture: Simple, Practical Ways to Improve Your Movement with Posture Ben
About
Starts
21 Mar '26 | 12:00pm
Ends
22 Mar '26 | 3:00pm
Posture isn’t about “standing up straight”—and fixing it isn’t about forcing yourself into better positions.
In this half-theory, half-practical workshop, Posture Ben breaks down what posture really is, why working on it is important and different to what most people think, and how small changes can have a big impact on how you move and feel. You’ll then be guided through simple, equipment-free exercises, giving you tools you can use immediately in everyday life.
Expect clarity, movement, and practical takeaways.
TWO WORKSHOPS
Saturday 21st March 12:00-13:00 in Conference Room 2 in The Outpost (Workstation)
Sunday 22nd March 15:00-16:00 in the Showroom Cafe
More About Posture Ben
Posture Ben is a posture and mobility coach. He teaches clients corrective exercises to help restore balance and improve overall performance of their bodies. Whether yoiu are looking to get out of pain, or to achieve sporting goals, by restoring the functional movement of your body, you will not only achieve these goals, but become a happier, more confident version of yourself in the process. This April, Ben will put his money where his mouth is, as he takes on a 500km hiking challenge across the Peak District in his barefoot sandals, to demonstrate just what is possible when you work on your posture and raise money for charity in the process.
