Dear Heart

Resilience, trust and hope. “Dear Heart” is an intimate glimpse into the mind of an ordinary 63-year-old woman who knows that being outdoors every day whatever the weather is the cure for succumbing to life’s ‘stop cards’.

A lady is holding a stick and using it to support her as she slowly walks up the fell side with the sun shining on her back. Her face is exasperated.

Our Judges say:

You can really feel the joy that Sara experiences in nature, which alongside her story, makes it all the more impactful. We really must all look after our hearts.
