Ten

Ten follows adventurer and podcaster Sarah Williams as she takes on the GR10 trail, a 950km route across the French Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. To mark the 10-year anniversary of the Tough Girl Podcast, Sarah set out to test her limits once again — aiming to complete the trail and set a women’s Fastest Known Time (FKT). Filmed largely by Sarah herself, Ten offers an honest glimpse into the solitude, determination, and emotional depth of long-distance adventure. From quiet mountain mornings to moments of exhaustion and joy, the film celebrates both the beauty of the Pyrenees and the inner strength found in perseverance. Produced and edited by Jessica Pearson, with additional filming support from Gemma Smith, Ten continues Sarah’s mission to share and amplify women’s voices in adventure.
