WORKSHOP: Find your Calm (Breathwork)
Ever wondered how breathwork can reduce stress, improve sleep, support recovery, and build real capacity in the body over time?
In this practical workshop experienced Breathwork Practitioner Sophie will guide you through a 1 hour workshop where you’ll experience for yourself the gentle transformative power of your breath.
This workshop will involve you laying on the floor, chairs will be available on request. No prior experience necessary, all abilities very welcome and catered for.
There are two breathwork workshops:
- Saturday 21st March at 17:15-18:15 in the Showroom Cafe
- Sunday 22nd March at 10:45-11:45 in the Showroom Cafe
To Bring With You
Mats will be provided but feel free to bring a blanket with you.

More About Sophie
Sophie is a multiple-certified breathwork practitioner and passionate advocate for reimagining the way we approach wellbeing. Her work is about creating real lasting change not quick fixes or surface level hacks. She believes that in the midst of our busy noisy world we all deserve space to pause, reconnect with our bodies, and feel safe and grounded.
Sophie’s work combines the mystical with the latest science in the breathwork. Her extensive training is Trauma informed and she is committed to holding safe spaces that meet the emotional and physical needs of people attending the sessions.
