Driven By Adventure

The Fred Whitton Challenge is an iconic, 112-mile cycle challenge over all the major passes of the Lake District National Park. It’s beautiful, difficult, simple, but not easy. Most people ride it in one day, but Alastair Humphreys turned it into an overnight microadventure by packing his bivvy bag and sleeping high in the fells.
