In keeping with the love of nature, the value of the great outdoors, and the fulfilment we receive from moving, breathing and connecting with this life on Earth - the Soul Fire Yoga teachers will be offering you time and space to reconnect and empower your sense of Self and wellbeing.

This Adventure Flow session is designed with active people in mind. Whether swimming, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, or cycling is your mode of movement, they know that a dynamic and fluid moving Yoga practice helps to connect the dots from outer achievement to inner exploration.

If you love yoga, this will be a Vinyasa-Hatha style session with time to get centred, get moving rhythmically with the breath, and find depth and strength through some held postures before resting to integrate.

Join Ryan Spence and Jen Holmes for this energising and uplifting movement practice.

Timings

There will be two Adventure Flow sessions across the weekend:

  • Saturday 21st March: 10:00-11:00
  • Sunday 22nd March: 11:00-12:00

LOCATION

This session will be held in Conference Room 2 at the Outpost (Workstation)

Please look for signage and come early for a timely start.
