In keeping with the love of nature, the value of the great outdoors, and the fulfilment we receive from moving, breathing and connecting with this life on Earth - our Soul Fire Yoga teachers will be offering you time and space to reconnect and empower your sense of Self, and overall wellbeing.

This Recovery and Renewal session is designed with active people in mind - but focused more on the deep healing and renewal aspects of active living. Whether swimming, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, or cycling is your mode of movement, they know that injury recovery, and structural repair are just as important as strength and endurance.

If you love yoga, this will be a Vinyasa-Hatha style session with time to get centred, get moving rhythmically with the breath, and find depth and strength through some held postures before resting to integrate.
