ShAFF Gets A Gong

Obviously we're well versed in the act of giving awards out ourselves, but it came as a welcome surprise last night at Exposed Magazine's annual awards ceremony in Sheffield, to win The Outdoor City Award. Festival director Matt Heason attended the event to collect the award at the raucous event, giving a short speech about the significance of Sheffield's unique status as a major city which shares its borders with a National Park. Last year, the inaugural Outdoor City award was won by Cliffhanger, demonstrating that there is a depth to events the city has to offer. ShAFF takes place in March each year along with a host of other unique events aimed at outdoors-minded people. Check out The Outdoor City's website for loads more information.
