Climbers for Climate

We are a community of climate-concerned climbers who want to do our bit for the planet. We have a weekly climbing meet-up and attend local climate justice events together. Events that we have organised include a talks evening with speakers from local environmental groups, demonstrations against the Jackdaw and Rosebank oil and gas fields, litter picks, and food bank collections at Sheffield climbing centres. We also go climbing together in the Peak District and have volunteered with a local conservation group and a homelessness charity.
