The documentary short Paul is an inspiring story about Paul, a 13-year-old boy from the township Dunoon in Capetown, South-Africa. There is no transport to the beach and there is no money for equipment. Luckily there is a registered non-profit organization that picks up Paul three times a week to go surfing at the crystal white beaches of Blouberg beach.
