A session of the best new Mountain Films, featuring high altitude adventures from around the world.

A Baffin Vacation takes us on a bold multi-sport expedition traveling through the remote landscape of Baffin Island in search of stunning cliffs to climb and unexplored rivers to whitewater kayak. In Clean Mountains a Sherpa family climb Everest to clean the garbage and restore the holiness of the mountain, while Climb For Hope follows six women attempting to summit Washington's Mount Adams. From surviving war to the top of the world UTA - The Climb For Kosovo gives a different perspective on Everest and what climbing it means to individuals and their country, and New Way Up asks whether paragliders could be the secret tool to cutting edge Himalayan climbing as they attempt an epic journey in the Karakoram, flying over glaciated terrain.

This session complements Mountain Films 2 which presents the feature film PASANG: IN THE SHADOW OF EVEREST The story of Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, Nepal's first women to summit Mt Everest.
